2. GRANT OF RIGHTS / ການມອບສິດ
Artist grants to HupSub the non-exclusive worldwide right to:

- ✅ Distribute master recordings to digital streaming platforms (Spotify, Apple, YouTube, etc.)
- ✅ Collect royalties from streams, downloads, and licensing
- ✅ Issue ISRC codes for tracks
- ✅ Manage Content ID claims on YouTube / TikTok
- ✅ Negotiate sync licensing opportunities
- ✅ Handle DMCA takedowns and rights enforcement

• Termination notice: 30 days written notice

6. REPRESENTATIONS / ການຮັບປະກັນ
Artist confirms / ສິລະປິນຍືນຢັນ:
- ☐ Has rights to grant the licenses described
- ☐ Tracks are original or properly licensed
- ☐ No conflicts with other distributors
- ☐ Will not upload same tracks to competing distributors
- ☐ Has rights from all co-writers/performers
7. ROYALTY PAYMENTS / ການຈ່າຍ Royalty
• HupSub pays Artist within 60 days of receiving DSP payment
• Minimum payout: $50 USD
• Payment method: Bank transfer / PayPal / Wise
• Statement: Monthly detailed report
8. GOVERNING LAW / ກົດໝາຍ
This agreement is governed by the laws of Delaware, USA.
Disputes resolved through arbitration.
