4. LICENSE GRANT / ການມອບສິດ
Licensor grants Licensee a
non-exclusive mechanical license to:

- ✅ Record a new version (cover) of the composition
- ✅ Reproduce and distribute via physical (CD/vinyl) and digital (streaming/download) means
- ✅ Make the cover available on Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube Music, etc.
- ✅ Maintain ownership of the new sound recording (Master)
⚠️ Does NOT include: Sync rights (TV/Film), Print rights, Translation rights, Derivative works
5. ROYALTY RATE / ອັດຕາ Royalty
Rate: as agreed in writing with the Licensor / ອັດຕາ: ຕາມທີ່ຕົກລົງເປັນລາຍລັກອັກສອນກັບຜູ້ໃຫ້ອະນຸຍາດ (ເຈົ້າຂອງບົດເພງ)

6. PAYMENT TERMS
• Licensee pays royalties quarterly within 45 days after quarter-end
• Statements include: units sold, streams, gross revenue, royalty calculation
• Licensor may audit Licensee's books once per year
• Late payment: 1.5% interest per month
7. TERM / ໄລຍະເວລາ
This license is perpetual for as long as Licensee complies with payment obligations.
Terminates immediately if Licensee fails to pay within 60 days of notice.
8. CREDITS / ເຄຣດິດ
Licensee must credit original writer(s) in all packaging, metadata, and online listings:
"Written by [Original Writer Name]. Originally recorded by [Original Artist]."
9. WARRANTIES
Licensor warrants: ownership of the composition, authority to grant this license, no third-party conflicts.
Licensee warrants: will not modify lyrics significantly, will not claim original authorship, will pay all royalties timely.
