6. PAYMENT TERMS

• Late payment: 1.5% interest per month

7. TERM / ໄລຍະເວລາ

This license is perpetual for as long as Licensee complies with payment obligations. Terminates immediately if Licensee fails to pay within 60 days of notice.

8. CREDITS / ເຄຣດິດ

Licensee must credit original writer(s) in all packaging, metadata, and online listings:
"Written by [Original Writer Name]. Originally recorded by [Original Artist]."

9. WARRANTIES

Licensor warrants: ownership of the composition, authority to grant this license, no third-party conflicts.
Licensee warrants: will not modify lyrics significantly, will not claim original authorship, will pay all royalties timely.
