2. ການມອບໝາຍ / Appointment

ນັກແต่งแต่งตั้ง HUPSUB ใຫ้เป็นตัวแทน ลงทะเบียนงานเพลง, ຈັດເກັບ ແລະ ຮັບเงิน ค่าลิขสิทธิ์เพลงทุกช่องทาง (DSP, ASCAP, MLC, YouTube, sync, ฯลฯ) ในนามของนักแต่ง. ນັກแต่งยังคงเป็น เจ้าของลิขสิทธิ์ — นี่ไม่ใช่การโอนกรรมสิทธิ์.
Writer appoints HUPSUB to register the works, collect and receive all royalties (DSP, ASCAP, MLC, YouTube, sync, etc.) on Writer's behalf. Writer retains ownership of the copyright — this is an administration appointment, not an assignment.

Paid via the method shown, on the stated cycle, in . Writer can view accrued balance anytime on hupsub.com. No US/foreign bank account required.

5. ການຮັບປະກັນ / Writer's Warranty

ນັກແต่งรับรองว่า เป็นผู้แต่งเพลงจริง (เนื้อร้อง/ทำนองตามที่ระบุ) ມີສิทธิ์ทำสัญญานี้ และไม่ละเมิดสิทธิ์ของผู้อื่น.
Writer warrants they are the true author of the works (lyric/melody as credited), have authority to enter this agreement, and infringe no third-party rights.

6. ໄລຍະເວລາ & ການยกเลิก / Term & Termination

ມີຜົນ ปี ต่ออัตโนมัติ; ฝ่ายใดยกเลิกได้ด้วยหนังสือล่วงหน้า วัน. การจ่ายค้างก่อนยกเลิกยังคงต้องจ่าย.
Initial term as shown, auto-renewing; either party may terminate on the written notice shown. Royalties accrued before termination remain payable.
