  • Use the Service for fraud or money laundering.
  • Impersonate any person or entity.

You retain ownership of all content you upload ("User Content"). By uploading, you grant HupSub a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, distribute, display, and process the User Content solely to provide the Service. Specific exclusivity arrangements (Recording Artist Agreements, Label Services Agreements, Publishing Admin Agreements) are governed by separate signed contracts.

Royalty payments are governed by the specific agreement (RAA, LSA, or PAA) signed between User and HupSub. Standard terms: quarterly statements, USD 1,000 minimum threshold, payment via Wise/SWIFT.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. HupSub's total liability is limited to the amount you paid HupSub in the preceding 12 months (or USD 100 if no payment).

These Terms are governed by Delaware (USA) law. Disputes resolved by binding arbitration administered by American Arbitration Association (AAA). Class actions waived. Lao IP matters fall under Lao IP Law 2017.
